It is a program designed to aggregate data into a single format.

Present Scenario

Mostly all major organizations have data in multi format and environment. Some example for the same would be:

Environment: Access Database, Excel, Text, CSV, etc

Multi Format:
Data 1: Name, IC, Gender, Address, etc
Data 2: IC, Name, Handphone, etc

Additionally, the some data may not be formatted, example:
Handphone: 6012 2222, +6012 3333, 012-4444, etc

These data are individual islands and not formatted and thus cannot be used by the marketing department to get analytics or send mailers by sms or email.

Solution

Aggregator does the following:

Point 1: Define a final data structure for the table. This does not require any programming concept and the product does it with ease.

Point 2: All data from different source (Data1 or Data2) are mapped to the data structure as defined in point1 and uploaded to the table. Thus all different formats are standardized to a single format.

Point 3: All data source are maintained for future reports and analysis.

Point 4: Data Cleaning programs cleans the data (eg: handphone) into a defined format. This can be done for multiple data types.

Point 5: Cube program is provided for multi dimensional analysis of the data

Point 6: All data as per selected conditions can be exported to Excel

Point 7: Data as per point 6 can be used for in-built sms or email module for broadcasting of information.
